If you are an avid hunter this is the place for you.Red deer and feral pigs are abundant on D'Urville Island. With access to 2000 acres of prime private hunting property, there is plenty of land and opportunity for good thrills. We can also include hunting in our fishing charter packages too. Public Property
DOC Public Conservation land in the Marlborough Sounds is closed to hunting from sunset 22 December to sunrise 9 February.
Permission
Permission must be granted to hunt on private property.
